The project presents a minimalist architecture that offers a fresh take on luxury living, a design experiment that prioritizes space, light and simplicity, creating homes that feel both sophisticated and peaceful. From intelligent layouts and timeless materials to seamless indoor-outdoor transitions, the condominium is designed to enhance the living experience in ways that go beyond traditional notions of luxury.
The architecture was designed to block noise and visibility from the outside and to make the occupants feel as if the units were larger than in reality. The windows reflect the atmosphere and scenery of the outside into the interior, creating a home that maintains privacy and yet does not feel claustrophobic.
The façades look and feel are deliberately with thin and sharp lines, but the chosen materials and colors are perfectly coinciding with the surroundings. Materials, floor plan layout or orientation towards cardinal points are mostly identical for each unit. However, it differs in the interior, especially by its color concept, which is partly reflected also in exteriors. The end result is a private community wrapped in a blend of luxury, comfort, and architectural beauty.
